Tropical Longan

TROPICAL LONGAN. This is the tropical longan that is being propagated by Bernie Dizon. It is very fruitful under local conditions. One tree that is growing in a half drum is currently in full bloom at his fruit tree showcase at the Ninoy Aquino Parks & Wildlife in Quezon City. It has been bearing fruits in the last few years, Longan is also being grown by David Yu also has lychee trees that are bearing in his farm. The seeds are exceptionally small, just about the sized of mungo.
